How to Process a Transaction
HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR MONEY- it’s very simple!!

WALK –IN TRANSFER CUSTOMERS
- Take the money you want to send to any of our branches or authorized agents; call 02083185860 for branch/Agent in your area.
- Complete a ' transaction Form' with key information (customer name, address, telephone number, id for pick-up and similar information about the receiver of the money in the destination country).
- Hand over the cash to the agent and receive a receipt with all the transaction details, including the transaction Reference Number/Transaction Code.
- Call the receiver of money in the destination country with information on where they can collect the transaction with the transaction reference number.
TELEPHONE TRANSFER CUSTOMERS
- Call and find out the exchange rate and commission charged for the specific amount you want to transfer.
- Pay the money you want to transfer into our Bank account (remember to you need to pay the transfer amount plus our commission). If you do not know our account details or the right commission, call 02083185860.
- Let us know you have paid (remember to reference your payment with your membership/control number) and give us detail of the transaction by calling us. We will give you your Reference numberright away.
- Once the funds are ready for pick up, a confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone. This contains a Your Reference Number for your transfer and the pick-up location address. (Please ensure that you give us the correct mobile telephone number)
- Global Net transactions are instant; so the cash is available for collection immediately after the reference number is given to you.
That's all it takes!

These vary from one country to another - you should verify with your local agent what ID is required in destination country.
